A theatre aficionado, an amateur actor, private pilot, talented chef and all things aviation fanatic, Sylvain is also a huge fan of Napoleon and Louis XIV, and a connoisseur of Versailles and good rum (no connection naturally!). Sylvain is known for his sense of humour and unique point of view on the world. King of the forest (the literal meaning of his name), and Emperor of ski slopes. Like most true Frenchmen, he exercises his right to complain frequently and – truth be told – successfully.

The Bride
"Why doesn’t Napoleon watch Game of Thrones?"(Because Winter is Coming)
Enjoys immersive theatre, oil painting, scuba diving, a good glass of wine, Sylvain's mastery cooking and a bit of travel. An eternal optimist. Terrified of hights (don't give her paragliding experiences as presents). Likes to test Sylvain's patience by arguing alternative points of view, but genuinely laughs at his jokes and indulges his love of skiing and Napoleon. A little-known fact: there are about a dozen ways to address Anastasia, which includes short versions of her name in Russian – Nastya, Nastenka, Nastyusha, Nastyona, Nastasia, Nastushanya – to name just a few.
